Hi Sam,
As I was reading through an old diary, I saw your name and blog pop up. We met in Bangkok in november 2009. Incredible to see this blog still online. I hope you receive notifications of this and it would be wonderful to get back in touch. I believe I have photos of that specific night near Koa San Road.
I am about to hop on a flight with my wife to visit Bangkok for the fist time since 2009... Wonder how much it has changed.
I'll see about your book, if possible I'll pick up a copy! I'd be keen to read about your experience.
