Hi Sam. Loved the photos and your narrative. You are a natural author and have the makings of a very fine author or journalist after your epic journey. so how is Mongolia? I gather that you are awaiting the arival of a tyre so hope that it arrives in the expected time scale but in the meantime hope that you're enjoying a taste of Mongolian culture at the festival. hope that you receive the same hospitality as you did in Russia. I'm home alone as Joe set out on his end to end cycle on the 8th. Yours makes his seem insignificant! so far so good despite a gruelling day yesterday of 101 miles. Mike is enjoying the wild places of scotland for a few days as he took the boys up there. We often talk of you and tell our friends about your amazing journey. there must be low points but something usually turns up I guess to give you encouragement. Mike will be disappointed not to ba able to keep the bet although I have to say you look a lot better without it!! Keep up the pedalling and have fun!
